Usage (Personal/Commercial)
Reselling/minting my artworks as NFTs is not permitted under any circumstances.
Using my artworks to generate AI Art is not permitted under any circumstances.
Personal usage includes: profile picture; phone/desktop wallpaper; personal viewing/display; you may print the artwork for your own usage, not for sale.
Commercial fees apply in the following cases:
2x price: graphics for social media platforms that generate monetary profit, streaming assets, promotion/advertisement graphics, book/album covers, game assets,...
3x price: physical merchandise such as stickers, charms, pillowcase, postcards, prints,...
General
Payment can be made via PayPal, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Android Pay through VGen. Commissions have the option to be paid in full upfront or half first and half after finished.

If this is a private commission, please inform me beforehand. NSFW private commissions are free of charge, but SFW private commissions cost an additional $10.
I mainly prioritize doing colored sketch commissions first. Rush/Priority orders will add 10%-30% to the total price.
Character design commission will cost extra (20%-60%).
At least one sketch will be sent to you, please request any large changes during this phase. Afterwards, I will send the base colors version for approval again.
Progress photos by default will not be provided past the base colors stage, however you may request it if you want.

Commissions without deadlines may be refunded for the full price before the base colors approval stage. After the base colors are approved, the commission is no longer refundable.
Commissions with deadlines may not be refunded under any circumstances if the deadline has not passed. Only when the deadline passes will I provide a refund, the amount will be settled together (50%-100%)
In the case where I'm suddenly unable to continue the commission, regardless of having a deadline beforehand or not, I will provide a full refund.
Rights
I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason.
I reserve the right to use your commissioned artwork as an example for commissions and for portfolio display, unless agreed upon otherwise.
I reserve the right to livestream your commission drawing process and post to social media, unless agreed upon otherwise.
VTuber usage and rights
You may use the commissioned VTuber model for livestreams and social media, and for commercial purposes.
Please credit me as the artist in your social media and streaming platform bio.
You may not redistribute or post the model files on public domains, or resell your model to anyone.
If you notice any problems with your model, please contact me for fixes.
